Matt Setters, CPA, MBA serves as President/Owner of Setters, CPA & Company. Matt is a Portsmouth, Ohio native and Army Veteran. Matt graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications and Business. Matt furthered his education after spending 4 years as a Captain in the U.S. Army and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University in 2012. Matt earned his Certified Public Accounting license in 2014. Matt is a veteran of a foreign war (Operation Iraqi Freedom) and has a very diverse background in accounting, tax and consulting. Matt’s experience and expertise includes corporate accounting, GAAP, payroll services, individual and corporate income tax, and real estate accounting. Matt is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
Rodney Millhuff serves as Tax Manager at Millhuff-Stang, CPA, Inc. Rodney graduated in 1972 from the Ohio University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration. Rodney worked as a manager for a family operated business and as a cost accountant for four years before hiring on at the Internal Revenue Service in 1988. He acted in many capacities at the IRS including customer service agent, IRS agent trainer/instructor, auditor, and was a senior individual tax advisor specialist when he retired in June, 2009 after 20 years of service. He was selected from across the entire country and awarded the United States IRS Customer Service Award for outstanding customer service.
Jennifer Millhuff serves as Accounting Manager at Millhuff-Stang, CPA, Inc. Jennifer graduated in 1996 summa cum laude from Shawnee State University. She has a vast knowledge of all areas of public accounting including individual and corporate tax, payroll, compilation, and gaap conversion services for governmental entities. Jennifer keeps abreast of current tax laws and works closely with business managers and individuals to assure continued high quality service.
